Alex’s vast background, experience, and knowledge in personal training and strength and conditioning offers you a diversity of services that can fit your needs.

Alex’s clients have included youth and senior citizens, with teenagers, young adults, and middle-aged adults in-between. While Alex has worked with athletes looking for individual session training for improvement in sport, the bulk of his personal training has consisted of individuals looking for weight loss, increased muscle mass, reduced pain in the joints, including the knees, back, shoulder, and hip. Alex collaborates with a physical therapist when individuals present with recurrent pain and fuses in exercises that address those issues. As you can guess, the training regimen is constructed from scratch to fit your goals and needs, while taking into account any limitations you might have.
